Overview
Kova is a local-first trading journal application. Your privacy is not a feature — it is the foundation of how Kova is built. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell your personal data.
Data Storage
All data you enter into Kova — including trade logs, journal entries, mood ratings, psychology scores, sleep data, and reflections — is stored exclusively on your device using iOS local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any external server, database, or third party.
Sensitive personal data including mood entries, psychology logs, journal reflections, and daily notes are encrypted using iOS Keychain via Expo SecureStore, which uses your device's secure enclave.
